Recovery Cupping

A full-body massage paired with cupping therapy, the use of negative pressure to improve the circulation of blood and lymph. Several different cups of various sized will be applied to target areas and will either remain stationary or be moved gently over the skin. The combination of massage and cupping allows for an easier and deeper release of rigid connective tissue and soft tissue.
