On your first visit the chiropractor may ask questions about your health history and musculoskeletal pain. The chiropractor will examine the person physically, with particular attention to the spine, and may also perform other tests to determine the necessary treatment plan. The goal is to improve spinal motion and range of physical movement.

Do not seek chiropractic adjustment if you have:

  3. An increased risk of stroke

  4. A known bone abnormality
